So today I came home from school... and there was a package waiting for meeee! And of course it was my new Pullip. what else could be in a big package with my name of it from across the country? Okay, let's get to the point... I opened it! They padded it with newspaper not packing peanuts :( and she was wrapped with bubble wrap around her arms.
I was never a big fan of pullip ayanami rei, I've never really seen the anime and the red eyes and blue hair didn't go together in my opinion xD And her face-up is just kinda plain and its all hidden by her hair! But she is still pretty. I guess if any pullip is yours she's pretty. (except the really early ones. I don't like those xD)
I have no clue what to name her. I'll just stick to Rei or Rei-Rei for now. I also have no clue what her personality will be.
I can't wait for the eye-chips to come and to find a good wig, so I can start customizing! ...I guess I could always do the face-up... I don't know if Im ready for that yet. although if i never do it, I'll never be ready :-\
Here's a (not) little review:
She has short blue-turquoise hair. it's not really good quality (At least mine's isn't) and is very thick. it the bangs cover her eyebrows, which are also blue. she has shiny red eyes- they're actually shiny and not just painted on. they have a little white highlight painted on though. she has very few eyelashes and other eye stuff painted on. her blush is kinda tan-ish. i think that it should've been more pink. her lips have little paint, too.
Her outfit: her dress thing is a tiny bit lighter than her hair. the straps velcro in the front under the waistband, and on the side so you can take it on and off easy. you can see how it looks in the rest of the pics. then there's a loose undershirt with a big round collar and red bow that matches her eyes. it also velcros in the back.
That's all she came with.
The type three body is really weird too! I mean I'm used to the type 4
body. the wrists only move back and fourth, making it hard to do hand
stuff. the legs are a bit more flexable and the waist is a TON more
fexible! It actually moves around in circles... its kinda creepy at some
times... her head is the same as any other pullip, her eyes stay closed and move and stuff.

So today I updated my Youtube channel some. I mean, not a lot, but I just took some pics yesterday and they were so awesome that I decided to change my profile! But then I had the problem of my profile not matching my YouTube channel art. so I changed that to bokeh and "RandomRoses11" on it. I think it looks nice. I like bokeh! its so pretty and sparklllyyyy. hehe.
So I thought maybe i'd update my blog too! So, I went with the same bokeh theme and its all green and a bit of magenta. coolio! I like it. AND DANIELLE IS STARING INTO YOUR SOUL AS YOU COME ONTO BY BLOG MWAHAHAHA
Other than that I am still waiting and very excited about my new pullip doll... she's not here yet but supposed to come this week. when I'm in school T.T I also ordered her eyechips and they're going to take a while too so I bet ill end up taking pics before I customize her. Oh and I haven't even found a wig yet. I'll blog more when she comes :D
Speaking of wigs, Kirsten's wig is seriously yucky. I thought I'd be able to fix it, and well, that didn't turn out well. Right now a downy dunk can't repair split ends. unfortunately all of the same wigs and the straight ones are sold out! So I'd have to get a super curly one or just deal with it.

Okay. I know my subscribers can watch what they want, but I just wanted to share my thoughts with you.
I wanted to do a music video to Heartlines by Florence + the Machine. I was going to use sierra. but since I almost never do anything with Mizuki (my Pullip) on YouTube, I thought I'd make it with her.
so, I spent a couple days thinking of a good storyline, a couple making stopmotion at my grandma's house, a couple putting it together so it matched the music, and then sticking her in a rosebush and filming, then going to the highest hill around here and filming then putting it all together again... to put it simply.
But now that I've had it up for about 3 weeks it still has a lot less views than all my other vids. Apparently AG people really don't like Pullips.
I made a nyan cat video last night. I made a poptart out of paper and taped to Dani and then took like 10 pics of her waving her arms and going up and down and then copy-pasted them into iMovie 20 times. Then put it on green screen that didn't really work. and It's got more views that my Pullip one, right now. I just don't see how people find that interesting...
I mean you can watch what you want.
But you are really missing out on some AWESOME stuff.
Maybe if I make all my MV's with Mizuki, everyone will just have to watch them.
But on the bright side, I did get another pullip! (so that means I can make more awesome under viewed videos) I got one for cheaper off of ebay. She's Pullip Ayanami rei, from some anime I haven't seen. But I don't care about that because I hope to customize her! I already bought brown eye chips from coolcat and am looking for a brown wig. I might try her face-up. I have been reading on how to do faceups, what to and not to use, pics and videos of face-ups, and even did a porcelain doll! So hopefully I wont fail! xD She'll be kinda old fashioned - Victorian style. Hopefully I can find or make some dresses for her! And hopefully she and Mizuki can star in some MVs and pictures together. I cant wait for her to arrive!
