Wow a video omg

Hey, long time no see! I said I was going to post more and I really should again. So you guys know kinda what's going on and why I'm always absent?
Anyway, a couple weeks ago, my computer broke-ish, but I got it fixed pretty soon, so it's all good. but I lost the 2 photo shoots I was going to upload along with some progress on a Pullip music video. I was only able to save photos from this year, so I don't have any more old stuffs! D:

But anyway, I was surfing youtube (hehe that sounds funny) and found some "melodic dubstep" mixes and thought they would be perf to do a jump cut to! (similar to the "crave you" remix jump cut I did) Heard of it? (have any recommendations, if so?)
So my process of making the video goes like:
-Listen to song
-Film some cool looking stuffs
-Edit and realize I need more stuffs
-Listen to song again
-Decide I need cooler stuffs
-Film some cooler stuffs
-Edit and realize I need more stuffs
-Listen to song again
-Decide I need WAY COOLER StuFFS CUZ DANG THIS SONG
-Repeat
-Realize that I accidentally made it really depressing

Bonus:
-Get frustrated at iMovie
-Blog while iMovie is loading

Here's a pic of Dani (who is starring in this mess) from the first "filming session":
whoopdido dramatic capes yahhh
And today was really awkward because it was my first time actually filming outside in my new house. I've got a lake thing out back, but its surrounded by houses/other people's back yards (If you get the idea) and I think some people from my school (not the kindest, either if I say so myself) might live there so I feel like I'm being watched. D:
I did it tho yayyyyyyy

So iMovie is all done and I has to go so enjoy this sneak peek!
I'm seeing my first musical (Cats) with my friend tonight! No clue what is going to be like...

I'm getting a BJD!!!?! (and ranting about how she didn't come today)

Okay. So I'll spill it. (haha I've been hinting on my IG that I'm buying something for a while)
I've always wanted a ball jointed doll. I knew that someday, even if it was when I was an adult, I would get one. I've always loved minifee chloe from fairyland, but she was like $400 (at least... the full pack in the pic below is like $600). They were just so expensive! I definately can't afford that at the age I'm at. I'd also feel like I'm too young and wouldn't take proper care of a bjd since I've never had one a and don't know a super ton about them/haven't had one before.

Minifee chloe. (pics from dollfairyland.com)

One day I found out about recast dolls (do your own research on these, if you don't like them please keep your opinion to yourself it was my doll and my decision.) They were very affordable, not bad quality, and I was okay with them! Unfortunately many of the shops needed you to have a Chinese credit card or other stuff I couldn't read because its in Chinese. D: I finally found a way to get one, through an agent (they order it for you, then send it to you)
I finally ordered my first bjd! I was really worried at first, what if she wasn't strung (it looked really complicated to string them) or was a weird color? or the faceup was really ugly? what if they didn't even do the faceup and didn't see my request to ask about it?
The people e-mailed me, and asked me about face-up though, and after working it out and a couple of days, I got a picture of her with her face-up. She looked beautiful! ugh why torture me with pictures D:
After a few more days, the agent said the doll had arrived and they had even sent me pictures. Pictures!!! omg more pictures!!!

aaaaaaaah whyyyyyyyy

her pretty face <3
She was the right color and her faceup was great and she looked amazing. They even sent me high-heeled feet, woah!
while I was waiting, I ordered her a white wig, and light blue eyes. (from e-bay) She's going to be one of my own characters that I've drawn before and made up a backstory about. basically, her name is Athanasia (a-thana-sia, I'll have to come up with a nickname) and she's kinda like a... star goddess? (I swear, I came up with the idea before I saw chloe's promo pics. Its kinda a coincidence they're both spacey-goddess looking) I'll have a post about that later.
The character she's going to be. This drawing is so badly scanned, that's why I haven't posted it anywhere else. It looks really nice in real life!

I also made her a bunch of clothes from the patterns I could find and the online measurements. I hope they fit... A lot of them were oddly scaled. I will make her signature outfit (the one in the drawing) when she comes, because it includes a corset and a lot of details.
her eyes came first, since I got them from the US. they were really pretty, but I need a doll to put them in D:
now... uh I'd recommend to only read this if you really care about my personal life and want to hear rants about to post office!
I basically stalked the tracking all week. I even did that thing where usps texts you if the package reaches a new place.  So every time I got a text a freaked out because I thought she finally got somewhere new.
last night, I was yet again looking at pictures of other people's chloe-s and updating the tracking when it said she finally got to the main sorting place around me! the eyes came the day after they got there, that meant she could come tomorrow! I was so excited.
The next morning, I got texts that said she came to the post office in my town, and was actually out for delivery! she was coming!!! And, so was her wig! All morning I was painfully waiting for the mailman to come, watching youtube videos to try to get it off my mind. Then, I hear my mom open the door. She comes upstairs... only to tell me the mailman came and left WITHOUT MY PACKAGES!!!! like what? And the best part... my tracking updated to delivered! ...What?
The post office literally said it would be delivered today- and it said it WAS!!?  uhm it was not whatttttt is going on? but mailman you can't just add those two small packages to your truck and deliver them???? My hopes and dreams are in there!!!! I've waited many weeks upon weeks and now another whole dayyyyyy! Or at least use logic and not mark them as delivered?????? *cries*
more super late updates...
My mom and I stopped at the post office while she was dropping off some packages and asked about it. They said they would talk to our mailman.
The next day, I checked the mail, and the wig came! ...yay? We flagged down the mail(woman) and asked about the other package. She said that she just thought that the wig was the package that we were talking about, and I don't even remember the rest but I showed her the tracking info and tried to work stuff out. Finally, she left and returned a couple minutes later with my package... opened and ripped up... well, that's comforting to know someone else already opened it... It turned out she "didn't know" where the package went to and dropped it off at some other guy's house who got a lot of packages. -____- Awkward. At least everything was in there. So I guess I can't review how well the people package their things...
But I'm glad I finally got my doll and everything is okay, she's very pretty! But that's for a different post!

A Quickey Update Thingey...

Hey guys! I haven't posted in forever! I feel like my entire blog is Pullips now, and I kinda feel sorry for all my AG people. Especially my subscribers on YouTube, I haven't uploaded something in a really, really long time. I'm trying to focus on school and I don't have enough time to make a stop motion, just maybe some photos (which is what's all on my Instagram and flickr) I was thinking about making a simple jump cut AGMV or something next week or this weekend though, yay! I'm sure there will be plenty more videos and stop motions when summer comes, don't worry :)

But, for all the Pullip stuff, which there often is, I'm currently in the process of making a separate blog. I drew a banner and I need to figure out how to scan it, and think of a name, and it'll be all done! (if you can think of a name for a Pullip blog for me it would be fantastic if you could comment it below) Hopefully I can get it up soon because I've got a ton to post.

I've also got an Etsy release I've got to list...

A Reveiw on My New Girl, Tiphona!

Last Wednesday, Tiphona came! I didn't post because I've been a bit busy and stuff and things and such... you know, life. But here's a post with a quick review and some info about her!
I know I said that she was supposed to come last Friday, but my mom said it would realistically be the next monday. but, she didn't come that monday or tuesday (I was really upset xD) and just as we were going to go to the post office to comlain about our "2 day priority" mail, she came. :D yaaay!

Here she is after I unwrapped her! She looks so sweet, elegant, and ladylike.

It took me a while to get her out... It always does. I guess it's part of the fun, unless you're overly excited and just want your doll out and to take pics!
Phew! I finally got out of all those little plastic things and wire ties and stuff!
 She's so beautiful! *__*

Since her outfit is so elaborate and detailed, I'll do that first!
Her dress/jumperskirt is so pretty and has great deatils. there's small lace trimmings, ruffles, bows, little pearly beads and a beautiful print. It's mostly a dull-ish green with small pink and blue flowers, and the ruffles on the inside are pink and blue flowers on a brown-er color. The entire thing is pretty stiff, but it doesn't look or feel bad.

Here's her card, which has a pretty picture of her. I don't think the hair colors quite match though, It's a lot lighter in real life. (the same goes for the other stock pics)

She also comes with some other things. one is a little leather purse. it also has great detail, I love the little bow!

She also came with a little headband, it's the same material as her dress but has lace. it also has wire in it to help it stay on her head but still doesn't really stay on her head.

She also has detailed shoes. In the box, she just has her socks on, and her shoes come in the side. I had some difficulty getting them on because of the print her socks have. I didn eventually get them on though. The shoes are made of rubbery- platic stuff but have little "stitching" indents and a bow molded in.

she also had this little detatchable bow around her neck. I guess it's just for extra decoration. It didn't for for a necklace or anything else, but it did work for a hair tie. xD

without
Her overdress has a green lace-up ribbon in the back, but really opens up with velcro.

Underneath, she has a cream colored blouse with pretty lace and beads. It ties in the back but also has velcro. She also has a white underskirt/pannier and them cream panties underneath. :)

Just like I read in other people's reviews, her hair is soft and smooth. her actual wig had some little hairs sticking out and I can kinda see the cap in a couple places, but it's not bad and still pretty nice. I must be getting used to all those fancy BJD wigs I got Kitty and Mizuki. It's not overly long, either!

Her eyes are a pretty olive green, but they don't sparkle and aren't very shiny. and, different than I thought, they have a layer of green kinda on the back and then smaller lines on the top of her eye. it kinda creates depth but you can't really tell unless you're like 2 inches away from her face (which my camera can't photograph).

Her face-up makes her look so sweet and cute! I mostly buy my dolls based off face-up so they'll look good customized, and I really liked Tiphona's. (of course, I also bought her because of her beautiful outfit, hair and just because she's gorgeous) Her face-up is mostly pink, like her eye shadow and lips. Her blush is more of a tan color. She has large dark brown eyeliner with large wings and some plain lover lashes. Her eyelids are tan with the same dark brown color line. her lips are pretty light, but have a dark line in the middle.

Here's the picture that's closes to her face, which happens to be my new flickr icon :D

I've decieded to name her Elodie. It's pretty and I think it might be French. Since I wanted her personality to be happy, bright, bouncy, and innocent, I figured that Elsie would be the perfect nickname.
I may get her a short-ish pink wig too. Here's a link to it, comment what you think!http://formydoll.com/shop/step1.php?number=1617
I'm working on a separate blog for my pullips, with profiles and their story, and I could post little picture stories and things there. It still needs some work (and a proper name) so it might be a while. but when I have it up, I'll make a post with a link and you can read all about Elsie (and Kitty and Mizuki too, of course).

MORE PULLIPS!!!!

Note... This post was written yesterday and I just forgot to post it...

So, yesterday seemed like just a casual day. I got home from school and said hi to my mom like I usually did, then went off to make some hot chocolate... But then my mom starts randomly giggling. Since that's really suspicious and usually means she's hiding something, I look around AND SEE A PULLIP DOLL SITTING THERE ON THE SHELF!!!!

Now, it's not mine, I'll get to her in a bit. ;-) But it turns out, the other day when I thought my mom was joking about wanting a Pullip for herself, she was serious. She got Pullip Jaldet! Even though she's not my style, she is pretty cool. She has 'expressive' (quoting my mom) eyebrows and purple/blue eye shadow and grey sparkly eyes and eyelids. she comes with black lacy clothes and a sequined mermaid tail (and a skirt and shoes in case you want her to be human) What a contrast to my sweet, plain looking Pullips! My mom said I could take pictures of her if I want. But I'll probably mostly just surprise myself every time I see her! xD

Now, if you wanted to hear about my Pullips... I also ordered another Pullip this Wednesday! I got Tiphona, who I've been wanting for a while. She's an early Birthday gift from myself. xD I think Tiphona is so sweet and pretty, and her dress is beautiful. She got great reviews. I wanted to also get her before she sells out because she seems like the type of doll who would get really expensive after she sells out. xD I think she would look great customized in any way, or just how she is.
Right now, I'm used to ordering things from China or other things from far away countries (like wigs and other dolls) But my mom told me that our dolls were coming from the US! I checked Tiphona's tracking today and it turns out that she is- Arizona, actually! Plus, her estimated delivery is Saturday- tomorrow! I hope she comes tomorrow so I can take pictures (and make another possible blog post!) and of course just have her! xD

So much to say

I haven't made a blog post in a while! A lot has been going on and for some reason I only remember to post when I have tons of things to say xD

Thing #1: Why I'm busy
I've been really busy lately, not only with school but I'm also moving. It's in the same school district and I'll still be visiting my old house so it's not a huge deal! but there's no furniture, and we ordered all of are furniture from ikea so I'm going to have to spend this weekend setting up and putting it together! I haven't packed anything either, I'm going to have to decide what doll stuff to bring. (My room has a big closet though so that means more room for doll stuff xD)

Now, lets move on to thing #2: Pulips!
I know I've been more known for American Girl stuff, and I wanted to let everyone (people on my IG and YT) know that I still am "into" AG and will be making stopmotions on my youtbe, and probably clothes on my Etsy, too. But lately I have been more interested in Pullips! They're great for photography, and their poses/body looks a lot more realistic. I love their anime-ish style. I especially love how you can customize them and make your own unique character! I love having unique dolls, and AGs are pretty hard to customize, but pullips are a lot easier and I think look better as customs.
Another reason I'm taking more pullip photos lately is because I can't take any outside photos, because its seriously freezing and theres a ton of snow on the ground, so the only photos i can take are inside. pullips are a lot smaller and easier to take pics of inside, plus I made the room-box.
Now, onto pulip stuff...
I've changed the room box from what it looks like in the last post a lot! mostly just the furniture because I found a really great blog with wonderful tutorials. I have pics on my flickr and IG if you want to see bits of it.
Another thing I was working on was my entry for the I ♥ Pullipcon contest! Check out my flickr to see that! I think it came out pretty cool despite the couple of little teeny flaws that annoy me!
I also ordered Mizuki an obitsu yesterday because her legs were floppy and her hands were all stained-ish (what I get for making her crawl around in the dirt and stuff for my SMs and photos! xD). When it comes I might write a blog post on how they are and the long story that I'm sure will come with me trying to put it on her.

Here is a picture of Mizuki being a steampunk ninja for your entertainment. Have a nice day!

Pullip Room!

Kitty! Look, I found us a house!

But Mizuki... This is a box.

Well we've got to fix it up, silly!

Come on, Lets go get stuff!

Hi everyone, its Kitty here! This is my first time blogging... its kinda weird. As you can see, the other day Mizuki came to me and told me she had a surprise. It turned out to be a box, which she said we could use as our house. After that, she ran off to get "stuff". She's been really busy lately, I've seen her occasionally with paint and cans and wood making things. Today, I came to check and it appears to be done!
She painted the walls white and there's wood-looking floors. You can't see it but there's a round beige crocheted carpet. I'll have to make some artwork because the walls are a bit plain.

She even cut out a window in the wall complete with plastic glass, pretty floral curtain and even a little windowsill.

There's also a little white table with a vase of flowers.

There's even a little old-fashioned wood stove that makes the place so cozy and warm.

The bed was fluffy with a quilt that matched the curtains. The place was so nice and warm that I fell asleep!

It's such a nice house and even though you can kind of tell it's made of cardboard, Mizuki did a great job on it! Maybe someday we'll get one made out of a shelf or actual drywall.
